Jeongin having almost no votes on that poll makes sense to me, not because I think he'd do particularly bad but because I'm utterly certain if he ended up stranded with one of us he'd just up and leave and I wouldn't blame him

Yeah... and i go Hmmm. No.#changbin is strong but also he's a lil city boy and he's a bit of a scaredy cat- hes gonna AHHH and im gonna AHHHH#and the creature will get us... I'M HERE TO AGREE WITH YOU! Regarding Annabeth being there for Luke's betrayal, I SO AGREE, it really changes the dynamics 😭 And I feel like it kinda opens her up for some character hate when there shouldn't be, bc NOW when (if??) she holds up the sky, it's like why tf is she doing that?? Luke betrayed them, girl SAW it. She's not just taking Percy, her relatively new friend at his word over her several year relationship with a guy she idolizes, now she's seen the cold hard facts, it doesn't leave a lot of room for doubt or for her to feel the way she does throughout the series ur totally right! And i don't want that for her!
I feel like whenever you do watch the show, defs go into it with the mindset of like IT'S NOT the books. I like it, I don't love it, but I like it in a way that's so seperate from the books, they're different entities now, tbh i'd consider ur fics more canon than I would the show 😂 They've only veered off in small ways sure, but they're just things that have very much changed the vibes and also I feel like they're speed running percabeth, but i guess we'll see 🤣 ANYWAY UR AMAZING, SORRY FOR MY RANT, THANKS FOR HAVING SUCH GREAT OPINIONS ON THE SHOW IT'S NICE TO SEE PPL NOT JUST BLATANTLY WORSHIPPING IT!

FULLY AGREE!!! idk how/if they're just gonna the same thing as in the books but imo this is shit you have to THINK about if you're preparing for a series that covers ALL the books, not just one.
that's good advice before watching the show because my absolute disappointment and lack of trust in rick riordan in recent years is very much skewing my judgement even though i don't want it to haha. i'm absolutely gonna give the show a shot, though, and the kids all seem to be doing a good job, even though i might have to kidnap walker and dye his hair myself by the end of it.
also speedrunning percabeth is.......a choice. i love the percabeth friends to lovers arc but they were friends first!!!!

i feel like i've got a good mix of opinions in my askbox, no blind worshippers here. as i've always said, everyone's allowed to feel however they do about the show, but no attacking people or being mean, that's all!
